OMAR ABDULAZIZ HENAIDY

Mr. Omar Henaidy is a visionary leader driven by a passion for unlocking potential and creating transformative opportunities. He started his career as a practicing lawyer with Al-Shawaf Law firm in Riyadh then he moved on to practice law in Hazem Almadni Law firm. He served as Public Servant with Saudi Arabian Government as Legal Research Analyst.
CEO and Managing Director of Amaly Center dedicated to mental health and wellbeing and Noon United an experience only Food & Beverage Company in Saudi Arabia and UAE. In 2011, became a partner and Vice President of Taj Holding Group and has been leading the company in strategic sectors such as communication and healthcare since then.
He is a member of the Alzheimer’s Society of Saudi Arabia and he contributes to the mental health and wellbeing of people in Saudi Arabia across all ages.
Graduated in Law from the King Saud University in 2003 after which he went on to manage the Research and Development department of TAJ ALAMAL. Holder of a certification in Arbitration and he is a practicing member with GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre. A Certified Project Management Professional.

Nawaf Jamjoom brings over 20 years of extensive experience in Islamic finance, asset management, real estate, private and public equity, product development, business development, and advisory. His expertise spans a wide range of industries, making him a valuable asset to the Taj Holding Group Board of Directors.
Prior to joining PIF, Mr. Jamjoom was the Head of Asset Management at Tharwat Capital, where he was responsible for managing high-value investment portfolios. Before that, he led the GCC Real Estate and Business Advisory Division at Sidra Capital, where he played a critical role in expanding the firm’s regional footprint. Earlier in his career, he spearheaded International Business Development at SEDCO Capital, where he successfully executed key global initiatives.
In addition to his professional roles, Mr. Jamjoom has held several board positions, contributing his expertise to the strategic oversight and governance of diverse organizations.
Mr. Jamjoom holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Missouri. He also earned an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from the Kogod School of Business, American University in Washington, D.C.
With his wealth of experience and strong leadership background, Mr. Jamjoom plays a pivotal role in supporting Taj Holding Group’s strategic vision and growth initiatives.

An insurance professional with over 20 years of experience in strategic management, sales development, underwriting, and claims management. He has held several senior leadership roles, demonstrating his ability to drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency.
He began his career at Tawuniya, where he advanced through roles, ultimately becoming General Manager for the Central Region (2012-2017). In this position, he managed a $2 billion portfolio, overseeing the sales force and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining cost control. Prior to that, he was General Manager for Motor Insurance at Alahlia Cooperative Insurance, where he streamlined operations and improved underwriting and claims processes.
He also managed the Motor Claims Department at Malath Insurance and held key roles at Tawuniya, including managing service provider relationships and quality assurance. Since November 2017, he has been an Insurance Consultant for the Ministry of Water, Environment, and Agriculture (MEWA), offering strategic guidance on insurance matters.
Holder of a Bachelor of Business Administration from King Saud University and an ACII certification from the Chartered Insurance Institute. He has also completed various leadership and management courses at INSEAD and IMD, further strengthening his expertise in the insurance industry.

A seasoned financial professional with over 25 years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, Real estate development, Real estate marketing and corporate leadership.
He has a proven track record of managing large asset portfolios, executing strategic acquisitions, and leading successful businesses, particularly within the Saudi Arabian investment landscape and real estate market. Served as Executive Partner and CEO of ASSETS Financial Advisors from 2006 to 2019, where he played a key role in obtaining the CMA license and managing significant assets.
Simultaneously, he has been the Executive Partner & CEO of ASSETS Real Estate Investment Company, securing projects valued at over USD 2 billion. Since 2017, he has also been involved in ASSETS Real Estate Development, partnering with the National Housing Company to develop 4,000 units.
In addition, he is an Executive Partner at Aram Al Ihsan (2010-Present) and 7ilm Production Company (2019-Present), where he provides strategic investment advice and applies financial expertise to business decisions.
He also founded Areeb Strategies in 2019, successfully arranging acquisitions valued at SAR 400 million.
Holder of the Certified Wealth Manager (CWM®) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) certifications, along with a BA in Business Administration at King Abdulaziz University Jeddah, and has recently participated in leadership programs at INSEAD.
